Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) in Cambridge

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you will have the autonomy to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Diagnose and manage a range of conditions
• Prescribe a variety of medications and treatments
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• A relevant healthcare qualification (Pharmacy or Physiotherapy)
• A current registration with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC)
• A recognised qualification in independent prescribing
• At least two years’ experience working as a healthcare professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to patient care
