Clinical Pharmacist Job in Plymouth Area

Are you a dynamic and experienced Clinical Pharmacist seeking a rewarding role in a patient-focused environment? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a growing team near Plymouth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication reviews and optimisation.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy protocols.
• Provide education and training to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in audit and research activities.

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
