Newly Qualified GP – Great Yarmouth

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Manage a wide range of patient conditions and illnesses across all age groups
• Participate in the development and delivery of chronic disease management and preventive health programs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality at all times
• Stay updated with medical advancements and contribute to practice meetings and discussions
• Provide health advice, education, and support to patients, encouraging healthy lifestyles

Requirements

• GMC registration with a licence to practice
• CCT’d in the last two years
