Clinical Pharmacist – Birmingham

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care through effective medication management and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct medication reviews to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate prescribing.
• Provide expert advice on the use of medicines to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Support chronic disease management through medication optimisation.
• Contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

• Registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
