Clinical Pharmacist in Aberdeen

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for their patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and develop comprehensive medication management plans
• Provide expert advice on medicines to patients and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patients’ progress on medication and make necessary adjustments
• Contribute to the development and implementation of medication policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical pharmacy

Requirements

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
