Clinical Pharmacist in Liverpool

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join an energetic and supportive NHS team in Liverpool. You will play a vital role in improving patient care through medication optimization and supporting clinical teams in this vibrant city.

• Full-Time or Part-Time options available
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize medication therapy for patients, improving health outcomes and reducing adverse drug reactions
• Conduct clinical reviews, contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, and work closely with other healthcare professionals
• Provide guidance on medication prescribing and management in line with evidence-based practices
• Undertake audits and participate in clinical governance initiatives
• Offer training and support to junior pharmacy staff and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• GPhC registered
• Experience in clinical pharmacy, ideally within primary care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• NHS experience desirable, but not essential
