You will work closely with their clinical teams to provide expert medication advice, ensuring the safe and effective use of drugs across various patient groups. Key Details about the role:

• Medication Expertise: Conduct comprehensive medication reviews to ensure safe and appropriate use, identifying potential risks and recommending changes as needed.
• Collaborative Care: Work alongside doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide tailored drug therapy advice that optimizes patient outcomes.
• Patient Engagement: Offer guidance on medication management, including side effects and adherence strategies, to empower patients in their treatment journey.
• Service Improvement: Contribute to ongoing clinical audits, medication safety initiatives, and quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and service efficiency.
• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Experience: Prior experience in clinical pharmacy, ideally in a hospital or primary care setting
