Clinical pharmacist – Peterborough

Our client, a dedicated healthcare organization in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of £35 and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care. Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients.

Duties:

• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients
• Conduct medication reviews and optimise patient treatment plans
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective use of medicines
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services and initiatives
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements
• Full induction given

Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
