As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering advanced pharmaceutical care across a range of services. You will provide expert advice on medication management, ensure the safe and effective use of drugs, and support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. You will also lead and mentor junior pharmacists and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients, ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications.
• Conduct medication reviews and offer clinical advice to healthcare teams, particularly regarding complex drug therapy and patient care.
• Support the development and implementation of medication management protocols and policies.
• Lead and mentor junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Liaise with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes for patients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, guidelines, and best practices.
• Participate in clinical audits and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
