We are working with a provider that are currently looking for a Director of Clinical Services in York. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of high-quality clinical services across multiple settings.
• Provide strategic leadership to the clinical team, ensuring adherence to clinical governance frameworks and standards.
• Work collaboratively with senior leaders and external stakeholders to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development through mentoring and training.

Key Requirements:

• Registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Psychologist, or Allied Health Professional).
