Director of Clinical Services – Yorkshire

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Clinical Services to lead a clinical team in Yorkshire. This is a senior leadership role where you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality care in a multidisciplinary setting. The Director of Clinical Services will oversee the clinical operations, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the clinical services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services, driving continuous improvement
• Provide leadership, support, and supervision to clinical staff, including training and professional development
• Work closely with senior management to set strategic objectives and align clinical services with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards
• Oversee the clinical governance framework, including audits, risk management, and incident reporting
• Promote a culture of patient-centered care, safeguarding, and respect for patients’ rights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including commissioners and regulatory bodies
• Participate in the recruitment, retention, and performance management of clinical staff

Key Requirements:

• A professional qualification in a healthcare discipline (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work)
• Extensive experience in a senior clinical leadership role, ideally within a mental health, healthcare, or related setting
