Newly Qualified GP – Lincolnshire

We are seeking a newly qualified GP to join a dedicated team for a home visiting service in Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a GP who wants to focus entirely on home visits, providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. The role offers flexibility with scheduling, and you will be supported by an experienced team throughout your career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Home visits only: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care exclusively through home visits to housebound patients, ensuring their medical needs are met with attention and expertise.
• Assess and diagnose a variety of conditions, offer treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care for patients unable to attend the practice.
• Work closely with a team of GPs and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care across the service.
• Flexible scheduling: Work 5 sessions per week, including 2 full days and 1 half day, with flexible days to suit your availability and work-life balance.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be a newly qualified GP (within the last 2 years).
• Must not currently hold a salaried GP role.
• GMC registered with a license to practice.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
