We’re seeking an experienced and confident Head Nurse to lead a dedicated nursing team in a Vets in Bristol. As Head Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care while supporting the professional development of our RVNs, students, and VCAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the nursing team in delivering top-quality clinical care
  • Support the training and development of RVNs, students, and VCAs
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and animal care
  • Collaborate with the wider clinical and non-clinical teams
