Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced clinical pharmacy services to ensure optimal patient care.
• Lead and support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Develop and implement medicines management strategies to improve efficiency and patient safety.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert medication advice.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior pharmacy staff.

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Experience working within hospital or clinical settings.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of medicines optimization and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
