Newly Qualified Pharmacist – Derbyshire

We are a working with a pharmacy in Derbyshire who are looking for a Newly Qualified Pharmacist (GPhC Registered) to join their lovely team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process prescriptions to ensure patient safety and medication effectiveness.
• Offer expert advice on the safe use of medicines, potential side effects, and alternative treatments.
• Assist in monitoring and reviewing patient care, providing guidance on medication management.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy, adhering to GPhC regulations and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Build strong relationships with patients, delivering a personal, patient-focused service.
• Participate in pharmacy health initiatives, including medication reviews, health campaigns, and other pharmacy services.

In addition to the competitive salary of £46,000 per annum (pro-rata for over time), you will have the opportunity to participate in an incentive bonus scheme based on services performed (commission basis, as per attachment). After two years of service, you will also have the chance to pursue Independent Prescriber training, enhancing your professional growth. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates, making this an ideal opportunity for both UK and international applicants.
