Newly Qualified Pharmacist – Surrey

We are looking for a newly qualified Pharmacist (GPhC Registered) to join a services-oriented pharmacy team in Surrey. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical services
• Dispense medications accurately and provide consultation to patients on their use
• Deliver services such as flu vaccinations, smoking cessation, and health checks
• Assist in the management of medication therapy and support patients with long-term conditions
• Offer expert advice on over-the-counter medications and general healthcare
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Newly qualified pharmacist, GPhC registered
