Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and overall health and well-being
• Dispense medications accurately and in line with patient needs
• Deliver professional services including medication reviews, flu vaccinations, and health screenings
• Support patients with chronic conditions and help manage their medication therapy
• Assist in the development and promotion of pharmacy services
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:

• Newly qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
