Pharmacy Assistant/HCA

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, helpful service and ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacy’s daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries, providing friendly and helpful service.
• Handle sales transactions for over-the-counter (OTC) medications and other products.
• Provide information on basic healthcare and wellness products, referring complex queries to the pharmacist.
• Manage stock on the sales floor, including restocking shelves, pricing items, and maintaining a tidy display.
• Assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels
• Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and managing customer orders.
