Pharmacy Manager – West Edinburgh

You will manage and lead the pharmacy team to drive performance and productivity while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality service and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Lead and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and team performance.
• Provide professional advice on medication management and patient health.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships within the community.
• Monitor and ensure the effective use of resources to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• GPhC qualified pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Supportive of a positive workplace culture, with a strong focus on professional development.
