Veterinary Recruitment Consultant

ProfDoc Healthacre are seeking an outgoing and high-achieving Veterinary Recruitment Consultant to join its ever-growing and successful team, located in the heart of Watford (easily accessible via the M1 and A41!) and 20 minutes away from Euston via train.

Salary:

• £30,000 + Annual Bonus Scheme
• Up to 20% commission
• 60k Y1 OTE

What will your responsibilities consist of?

• Resourcing and qualifying candidates
• Meeting deadlines and KPI’s as required by the business
• Scheduling and completing interviews/ placements
• Liaising with hiring managers, recruiters and other relevant stakeholders
• Communicating with candidates
• Upholding an excellent level of service
• Managing end-to-end process of recruitment (Full training will be provided!)

What skill/ qualities are we seeking?

Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Veterinary Recruitment!
