Salaried GP – North London

Our client, a well-established GP practice in North London, is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Salaried GP to join their dedicated and friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled GP to make a positive impact on patient care and contribute to the growth of the practice. The practice has recently undergone a refurbishment, providing modern and well-equipped clinical rooms. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, the practice has achieved high QoF scores and fosters a supportive and collaborative working environment. The practice benefits from excellent transport links, being just a 5-minute walk from a tube station, making it easily accessible from London, Hertfordshire, and beyond.

As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality primary care services to the practice’s growing patient list. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals, utilising your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions. This position offers the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients and contribute to the overall success of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, home visits, and prescription management
• Make autonomous decisions in relation to presenting medical problems, whether self-referred or referred by other healthcare workers
• Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
• Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
• Develop personalised care plans in consultation with patients, adhering to current disease management protocols
• Provide health education to promote patient well-being
• Record clear and accurate consultation notes to agreed standards

Requirements

Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
