Superintendent Pharmacist

Our client in North West London is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee the operations and strategic direction of our pharmacy network. In this senior leadership role, you will ensure that all pharmacy operations meet legal, regulatory, and professional standards while driving continuous improvement in patient safety, clinical governance, and operational efficiency.

• • Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
  • Develop and implement policies to maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical governance across all branches.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring all pharmacies meet General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) requirements.
  • Oversee quality control processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmacy network.
  • Provide strategic leadership to support operational excellence, staff training, and professional development across all pharmacy teams
  • Collaborate with senior management to align business goals with regulatory and ethical standards
