Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, including history taking and clinical assessment
• Develop and implement personalised care plans for patients
• Support GPs in managing test results and patient correspondence
• Provide clinical care within your professional boundaries under GP supervision
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
