OOH Veterinary Surgeon

This well-established small animal practice in Bishop Auckland is seeking an experienced OOH Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated night team with a compeititve salary up to £30k a year. As an OOH Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of inpatients during night shifts. Utilising the practice’s advanced in-house equipment, including laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and endoscopes, you will deliver high-quality care to patients in need. This position offers the chance to further develop your ECC skills with the support of a committed team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional veterinary care to inpatients during night shifts
• Utilise in-house equipment to diagnose and treat patients effectively
• Collaborate with the dedicated night team to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate with daytime staff
• Participate in continuous professional development to enhance ECC skills

Requirements

• Veterinary degree and valid RCVS registration
