About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join a progressive healthcare provider near Stoke-on-Trent. You will utilise your prescribing skills to enhance patient care and improve access to treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments.
• Prescribe medications or treatments within your scope of practice.
• Monitor and review patient response to treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).
• Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Experience in a relevant clinical setting.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
