An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled pharmacist to make a real difference within a forward-thinking GP setting.

About the Position:

• Part-Time/Full-Time, flexible role available
• Independent Prescriber & CPPE Pharmacist
• £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Primary care Pharmacist role available on-site
• Independent Prescriber qualification is essential for this role
• Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
• Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
• Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
• Flexible start available

About the Practice:

• Recently refurbished, well-established GP surgery near a beach
• Sole GP service provider in the area with 12,300 patients
• EMIS system used for clinical documentation and remote access
• Based near a National Park with scenic surroundings
• Friendly, experienced clinical team and approachable management
• Accessible location with relocation support available for eligible candidates
