About the Position:

• Full time locum role
• Up to £30 per hour
• Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
• Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
• Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
• Must be Gphc qualified
• Ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Community Pharmacist
• Immediate start available
