Join a leading GP practice as a Clinical Pharmacist, located near Enfield, London.

An exciting role is available for a qualified pharmacist with independent prescribing credentials. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient care within a supportive, primary care setting in Central London.

About the Position:

• Full-Time role available
• Up to £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Conduct structured medication reviews and clinical support
• Collaborate with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary team

Ideal Candidate:

• Independent Prescriber with PCN experience
• CPPE qualification desirable
• Previous System One experience
• At least 1 years’ UK experience in GP or primary care
• Confident managing vulnerable patient groups
• Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
• Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of general practice workflows
