Audiologist

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist with UK NHS experience to join skilled clinical teams of Audiologists across multiple sites in London, delivering high-quality diagnostic hearing assessments within ENT and primary care pathways. The successful Audiologist will support GP-led services in busy, patient-focused environments. This flexible Audiology role offers up to 4 to 5 days per week, core hours are 09:00–17:00, available on a part-time or full-time basis, with a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

•  To carry out diagnostic hearing tests for patients with Ear Nose and Throat conditions, to include, but are not limited to the following:

1. 1. Audiogram
   2. Tympanogram
   3. Pure tone air and bone conduction
   4. Masking

• Ensure prompt referrals to ENT GPwER or secondary care services where clinically indicated, following local pathways.
• Maintain clear communication with referring GPs to enhance clinical awareness and care continuity.
• Adhere to the organisation’s Significant Event Analysis procedures and report untoward events promptly.
• Undertake appropriate clinical investigations in line with NHS standards.
• Liaise with local Audiology and ENT Services as outlined in the Referral Pathway Overview.
• Partner with secondary care clinicians and commissioners to develop and improve the Patient Care Pathway.
• Work within the specifications of ENT Intermediate Service contracts.

Requirements

• HCPC registration or equivalent qualification in Audiology.
• Minimum one year of UK NHS experience, ideally within ENT or Audiology.
• Excellent communication and record‑keeping skills.
• Commitment to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
