About the Position:

• Full-Time role with flexible hours
• £60,000 per annum – D.O.E.
• Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
• Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
• Immediate start available

Ideal Candidate:

• Independent Prescribers & CPPE Qualification is essential
• Must be registered with GPhC & have previous GP experience
• Previous System One software experience
• Confident managing vulnerable patient groups
• Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions
• Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
• Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of general practice workflows
