We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our client in Hampshire, delivering expert psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments within a supportive mental health framework. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnoses
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans
• Collaborate with MDTs including psychologists and nurses
• Manage adult patient caseloads across mental health services
• Lead rehabilitation-focused interventions where needed
• Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to service development

Essential Requirements

• GMC registration with specialist training in psychiatry
• Proven experience in adult mental health services
• Rehabilitation psychiatry experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Commitment to multidisciplinary team working
