Salaried GP – Sydney, Parramatta

We are seeking a highly motivated Salaried GP to join a modern, well-established practice in Parramatta, Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate GP looking to work in a supportive environment that values high-quality patient care and work-life balance.

As a Salaried GP, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient base. This role offers a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient consultations and manage a variety of medical conditions.
• Perform routine health assessments, chronic disease management, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with practice policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and allied health practitioners, to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in clinical meetings and continuous professional development activities.
• Provide health education and advice to patients and their families.

Essential Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration with the ability to work in Australia.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in General Practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being autonomous in patient care.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Desirable:

• Experience in chronic disease management and preventative health programs.
• Interest in areas such as skin cancer, mental health, or women’s health (desirable but not essential).
• Previous experience working in a General Practice setting.
