We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our team in Bristol!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, NHS guidelines, and company policies.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.
• Provide expert advice and support to patients on medication use, side effects, and general health queries.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy services and increase patient satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting continuous development for staff members.
