Clinical Pharmacist Job in Coventry

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our growing team in Coventry. You will play a vital role in providing patient-centred pharmaceutical care, working closely with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews, reconciliation, and advice.
• Working collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Ensuring safe and effective prescribing practices.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
