Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient consultations and assessments.
• Independently prescribing medications within your scope of practice.
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist or Physiotherapist with the relevant professional body (GPhC or HCPC).
• Qualified as an Independent Prescriber.
• Proven experience in a relevant clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
