Veterinary Nurse – Interest in Complementary Therapies

We are a working with a progressive veterinary practice located in Morden, offering a wide range of services to a clients. They are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) who is passionate about integrating complementary therapies into veterinary care. The team is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of animals, and we’re excited to expand our approach to treatment with your skills and expertise.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, both pre- and post-operatively.
• Support the veterinary team in surgery and consultations.
• Administer complementary therapies such as acupuncture, hydrotherapy, or massage (training can be provided if needed).
• Educate pet owners on complementary therapies and holistic health practices.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the practice, maintaining stock levels, and updating patient records.
• Actively participate in CPD, including any complementary therapy training or courses of interest.

Key Requirements:

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with valid RCVS registration.
• An interest or experience in complementary therapies is highly desirable.
