Clinical Pharmacist – Devon

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a dynamic team in Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a thriving pharmacy environment.

Schedule Options:

• Alternate Saturday cover
• Tuesday to Saturday full pharmacy opening with a 1-hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical expertise in medication management and patient safety
• Offer personalized advice and counseling on medication use, side effects, and health concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage dispensing of prescriptions, ensure accurate stock management, and maintain pharmacy standards
• Deliver services such as health screenings and vaccinations where appropriate
• Supervise and support the pharmacy team in delivering outstanding service
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and policies

Key Requirements:

• Registered Clinical Pharmacist with relevant qualifications and experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and an ability to make informed decisions
