Job Opportunity: ARRS Salaried GP (Newly Qualified)

Location: Stratford‑upon‑Avon area
Contract: Fixed-term under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS), eligible for GPs who completed CCT within the last two years and have not held a substantive salaried post.

Position Highlights

• Hours: 8 sessions per week

• Working Times: 09:00–17:00

• Structure: 2 clinical sessions per day (15 patient appointments each), plus administrative time and home visits as needed

• System: EMIS Web

• Salary: £6,500 per calendar month (£15,600 per annum per session, based on 8 sessions/month)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality primary care across a mix of appointment types (face-to-face, phone, home visits)

• Manage patient list, referrals, repeat prescriptions, and related administrative tasks

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary PCN team, participate in QI initiatives, and engage with clinical governance processes
