Ideal Candidate:

• Previous DHD experience with adults
• Must be able to do Titration
• Must be UKAAN Qualified
• Independent Prescriber essential
• Must be registered with GPhC
• Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
• Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of general practice workflows
