• Conduct structured medication reviews and clinical support

Ideal Candidate:

• Independent Prescriber & CPPE qualification essential
• System One experience
• Must be registered with GPhC
• At least 2 years’ UK experience in GP or primary care
• Confident managing vulnerable patient groups
• Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions
• Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
• Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of general practice workflows
