An exciting role for a Clinical Pharmacist is currently open at an acclaimed clinic near Basingstoke.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join a forward-thinking and highly regarded primary care team.

About the Position:

• Part-Time / Full-Time role, flexible hours available
• Up to £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Lead on structured medication reviews and patient safety
• Work closely with senior pharmacists and clinical teams
• Scope for ongoing professional development
• Flexible start date

• Patient-centered care with a focus on wellbeing

Ideal Candidate:

• Independent Prescriber & CPPE qualification required
• UK experience in primary care or GP setting is essential
• Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
• Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems
