About the Position:

• Part-Time or Full-Time – flexible working days available
• 50,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Independent Prescriber qualification required
• Lead on structured medication reviews and patient safety
• Work closely with senior pharmacists and clinical teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be an Independent Prescriber with CPPE qualification
• Minimum 1 years of UK experience in primary care or GP setting
• Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
• System One experience required
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
• Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems
