Position: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Glasgow

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm).
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy (desirable).

Duties:

• Conduct medication reviews to optimise patient treatment plans.
• Provide expert advice on prescribing and medication management.
• Support chronic disease management clinics.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
