Clinical Pharmacist (PCN)

A well-established healthcare setting near Lichfield, Staffordshire is inviting applications for a PCN Clinical Pharmacist (Mat Cover).

An exciting 12-month opportunity has arisen for a dedicated PCN Clinical Pharmacist to support a multidisciplinary primary care team.

About the Position:

• 12-month fixed-term contract – Maternity Cover
• Fixed part-time role for a PCN Clinical Pharmacist
• £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Work across multiple sites within commutable distance
• Leadership in patient safety and service development
• CPD evidence required per GPhC guidelines
• Flexible start available

• EMIS system used for clinical documentation and remote access
• Friendly, experienced clinical team and approachable management
• Accessible location with great transport links nearby

Desirable Attributes:

• Qualified Pharmacist – registration with GPhC required
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in general practice
• Must hold a full UK driving licence with access to own transport
• Comfortable working autonomously and within a team
• Familiarity with EMIS or other GP medical systems
• Willing to undertake PCN CPPE pathway training
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred
• Strong communication and clinical leadership skills
