About the Position:

• Part-Time/Full-Time role, flexibility available
• £32 per hour
• Lucrative package available (D.O.E.)
• Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
• Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
• Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
• System One experience is essential
• Ideal candidate must have previous experience as an Community Pharmacist
• Immediate start available
