About the Position:

• Full-Time role, flexibility available
• Independent Prescriber
• Up to £80,000 per annum – D.O.E.
• Independent Prescriber qualification is desirable for this role
• Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
• Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
• Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
• Ideal candidate must be used to working in busy environments
• Flexible start available
