• Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
• Lead on risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary working
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of all pharmacy services

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be registered with GPhC

• Strong understanding of general practice workflows
