We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our client in Norfolk, providing expert psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments within a supportive adult mental health service. Responsibilities

• Perform detailed psychiatric assessments and diagnoses
• Create and oversee personalised treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with MDTs including psychologists and social workers
• Manage diverse adult patient caseloads in mental health services
• Lead rehabilitation programmes and interventions
• Supervise junior doctors and contribute to service improvements

Requirements

• GMC registration with specialist psychiatry training
• Demonstrated experience in adult mental health services
• Rehabilitation psychiatry experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Proven multidisciplinary team collaboration skills
