Consultant Psychiatrist

Position Overview:

• £67,000-£79,000 per annum (DOE)
• Part‑time, flexible working arrangements available

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and formulate treatment plans
• Provide ongoing care and medication management for patients with complex needs
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, therapists, and wider MDT members
• Contribute to service development and uphold best clinical practices

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration with a valid licence to practise
• Inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register in Psychiatry (or eligible within 6 months)
• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills within MDT settings
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred mental health care
