Locum Dermatology Consultant

An excellent locum opportunity has become available for an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join a leading, patient-focused private clinic in Worcestershire. This position offers ongoing, flexible sessions with a well-organised and clinically robust setup perfect for consultants seeking stability without the constraints of a permanent contract.

Key Benefits:

• £1,500 to £2,500 per day (DOE)
• 4-5 days per week available
• Repeatable, well-managed caseloads
• No prescribing or surgical duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dermatology consultations with continuity of care for repeat patients
• Diagnose, manage, and monitor a wide range of chronic and acute skin conditions
• Maintain high standards of documentation and uphold GMC/CQC compliance
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff to support smooth patient flow and an excellent experience
• Engage in audit and governance processes where required to maintain quality standards

Key Requirements:

• Full GMC registration with a valid licence to practise
• CCT/CCST in Dermatology (or an internationally recognised equivalent)
• Proven ability to manage busy outpatient clinics with professionalism and empathy
• Strong governance awareness and meticulous attention to clinical documentation
• Positive, adaptable clinician committed to patient-centred care
